How does the order process work and how long does it take?

We place a bulk order with our supplier every Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 9am. Orders placed and paid after 9am on a Wednesday & Friday will only be ordered on our next ordering day.

Once we receive your order usually within 1-3 working days it will be sent out by the next working day.

How long does courier take to deliver?

After courier has collected your order, it will take 1-5 working days to get delivered to you, depending on you area. You will receive a email with tracking details once your order has been booked/shipped.

What if a item I ordered sell out?

In some cases it does happen that a item sells out before we receive your order. You will then have the option to choose a replacements or store credit. To avoid disappointment or any delays please provide 2 or 3 alternative options at checkout in the order notes.
